The Osmanthus Grace

The Osmanthus Grace is a sales center in Wenzhou, China, built on a site of 450 square meters. The linear building stands between Cui Wei Mountain and Ou River, with one part reaching the water. A series of connected sub-spaces of different scales leads visitors from dark areas to bright ones. Inclined ceilings lower sightlines toward the landscape, and a sunken area defines the meeting zone. Wide facades shaped like long paintings reduce the separation between indoor and outdoor. Wood, stone and plants are the main materials. The plan also allows future changes of use.

Willow Shores

The Willow Shores in Suzhou is a sales center in Taihu New Town, Wuzhong District, Suzhou, China. The building covers 3,150 square meters and later serves as a supporting service building with offices, commercial spaces, elderly care rooms and equipment rooms. Modern materials such as rolled steel sections, aluminum plate, stone and glass are used. A light metal double-hipped roof is clad in zinc and manganese in the color of traditional tiles. The design interprets the forms and spaces of classical Suzhou gardens in a modern way.

CCRG Jiu Chen is a sales center in Chengdu, China, with a total area of 1380 square meters. The design theme is a moonlit lotus pond, expressed through the diffusion forms of traditional Chinese ink painting. Arcs and circles serve as the main line elements, appearing on the floor and echoed by a stainless steel mirror ceiling. Stone and aluminum panels create a black and white tone. Curved walls divide the plan into distinct areas. Spiral stairs of low carbon steel suggest the motion of goldfish, with red and yellow used as accents.

Rhythm Eastern is a sales center completed in 2020 in Shandong, China, with an area of 8334 square meters. The interior uses the Hundred Schools of Thought in Chinese culture as a storyline. Graphic decorative paintings present classic stories of the different schools. A palette of black, white and gray creates a calm and warm atmosphere. Local cultural elements are combined with ceramic pieces to form sculptural artworks. Soft lighting and environmentally friendly materials connect nature, space, light and shadow.

Zhangtai Haitang Bay

Zhangtai Haitang Bay is a sales center located in Beihai, Guangxi, China. The interior covers 2206 square meters and serves a residential project next to Dadun Sea. The design blurs the boundaries between architecture, art and culture, and brings the space closer to nature. Large white surfaces extend the interior, while smooth curves follow the form of the building. Spiral stairs and interspersed curves pass between different building materials. The spatial layout is kept flexible, because the center is planned to serve as a community clubhouse in the future.

Cifi Yst Cyf is a sales center that later serves as a kindergarten, covering 1200 square meters. The design uses log color as the main tone, with cabin-like cubes that connect and interlace. Green color blocks and windows of different sizes create a changing rhythm and reduce the fear of large empty spaces. Low saturated forest colors, white play stairs and geometric shapes of animals and plants are combined. Bihai Yinhu is a sales center in Jiangmen, Guangdong, with a design area of 2000 square meters. Gaussian coordinate lines form the main pattern, and sharp corners are replaced by gentle curves that repeat across the plan. An array ceiling combined with linear lighting strengthens the sense of sequence. Semi-transparent acrylic is lit to extend the perceived scale of the rooms. Qianjiang House is a sales center located in Hangzhou, China, covering 2000 square metres. The interior is fully assembled from prefabricated parts, and the recyclable construction supports a green and healthy concept. A Mobius strip, a symbol of the infinite cycle, is expressed as a visible visual form. Spiral pendant lamps recall a ribbon in motion within the large space. The negotiation area uses soft light colours, leather and silk fabric inspired by the Jiangnan oil-paper umbrella. Furniture is detachable and washable where possible, and the air purification system is closely controlled.
