DXGN Terms and Conditions set the rules and conditions for using dxgn.org. Using DXGN means agreeing to the rules below, so please read every section carefully. Kindly note that these terms cover the use of our website, while additional terms may apply during newsletter subscription or sign-up, and separate terms apply if you decide to submit a design to us.
1. Your Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions
DXGN Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of DXGN, available at https://dxgn.org, and of all pages, features and content of dxgn.org. By accessing or using DXGN, you confirm that you have carefully read, understood and agreed to be bound by DXGN Terms and Conditions, the DXGN Privacy Policy and the DXGN Cookies Policy. Please continue to use DXGN only if you agree. The publisher of DXGN is identified in the DXGN Impressum.
2. Content Is for Entertainment and Information Only
DXGN publishes features about design and more. Everything published on DXGN, including articles, descriptions, images, rankings, daily features, quotes, links and advertisements, is provided for entertainment and general information purposes only. For professional, legal, financial, purchasing, investment or design advice, please consult a qualified professional, because content on DXGN is general information and carries no offer, endorsement, recommendation or guarantee of any product, service, person or company. DXGN is an independent editorial publication, so to purchase featured designs, products or projects, please contact the respective designers, brands or rights holders. You alone are responsible for any decision or action you take on the basis of content published on DXGN.
3. Provided As Is, Where Is and As Available
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and regulations, DXGN and all content published on dxgn.org are provided on an AS IS, WHERE IS and AS AVAILABLE basis, with all faults, and without warranties or representations of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including but not limited to any warranty of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, reliability, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement, and any warranty that dxgn.org will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free or free of viruses, malware or other harmful components. DXGN does not warrant the accuracy, completeness or reliability of information supplied by designers, brands, advertisers or other third parties.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DXGN, the publisher of DXGN and the owners, operators, editors, contributors, licensors, partners, sponsors, advertisers, affiliates and service providers of DXGN shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, data, goodwill or opportunity, arising out of or in connection with the use of, or the inability to use, DXGN, or reliance on any content published on dxgn.org, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in DXGN Terms and Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
5. Full Indemnity
You agree to fully indemnify, defend and hold harmless DXGN, the publisher of DXGN and the owners, operators, editors, contributors, licensors, partners, sponsors, advertisers, affiliates and service providers of DXGN from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, liabilities, damages, losses, judgments, settlements, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal and attorney fees, arising out of or related to (a) your use or misuse of DXGN, (b) your breach of DXGN Terms and Conditions, (c) your violation of any law or of any right of a third party, including intellectual property and privacy rights, and (d) any information you provide through DXGN or to the third-party services reached through DXGN. The obligation to indemnify survives any end of your use of DXGN.
6. Intellectual Property
Featured works. The designs, products, projects, photographs, renderings, descriptions, names, logos and trademarks featured on DXGN belong to the original creators, designers, brands and license holders of each work, who keep all rights to their intellectual properties. Each work is shown on DXGN for editorial purposes, and the presentation of a work on DXGN leaves every right with the respective owners.
Original materials of DXGN. Except for third-party works, the original texts, the selection and arrangement of content and the layout of DXGN are protected by copyright and are © 2008 – 2026 DXGN. You are welcome to read DXGN and to share links to pages of dxgn.org for personal, non-commercial and lawful purposes. Please obtain prior written permission from the publisher of DXGN, and from the relevant rights holders for featured works, before copying, reproducing, scraping, harvesting, mirroring, framing, republishing, selling or otherwise exploiting content of dxgn.org, except where the law expressly allows.
Notice to rights holders. If you are a creator or rights holder and believe that a feature on DXGN infringes an intellectual property right, or gives incorrect credit, you can send a notice through the DXGN Contact page, indicating the address of the page, identifying the work and your rights in the work, and providing a way to reach you. DXGN reviews every notice promptly and, where appropriate, corrects or removes the content.
7. Third-Party Websites, Services and Advertising
DXGN contains links to, and content from, third parties, including the A' Design Award & Competition, Designers.org, the Design Encyclopedia and other partner websites. Third-party websites are operated independently of DXGN, so their content, availability, terms and privacy practices remain solely the responsibility of the respective third party. You access third-party websites at your own risk and subject to the terms of the respective third party.
Advertising shown on DXGN is delivered by Massive Outreach Ads Network, the advertising solution provider of DXGN. Advertisements are supplied by third parties, and each advertised product, service or advertiser remains solely the responsibility of the respective advertiser. Any dealings between you and an advertiser are solely and exclusively between you and that advertiser.
8. Forms and Forwarding to Third-Party Services
Some features of DXGN, such as the DXGN Submit Design page, the DXGN Newsletter page and the DXGN Encyclopedia page, work in two steps. You provide a few details on dxgn.org and may then be forwarded to a partner service that carries out the actual service. The partner service, and not DXGN, is responsible for processing your information and for everything that happens after the forwarding, under the terms and the privacy policy of that service. You agree to provide accurate information and to enter only information that belongs to you or that you are authorized to share.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree to use DXGN for lawful purposes, to access dxgn.org through ordinary browsing and search engine indexing rather than through robots, crawlers, scrapers or other automated means, to respect the security and availability of dxgn.org, its servers and its networks, to provide truthful information through the forms of DXGN, and to keep every credit, copyright and other notice intact.
10. Availability and Changes
The publisher of DXGN may change, suspend or discontinue DXGN, or any content or feature of DXGN, at any time and without notice or liability. DXGN Terms and Conditions may also be updated from time to time, and the date shown at the bottom of this page indicates the latest revision. Your continued use of DXGN after a revision means that you accept the revised DXGN Terms and Conditions.
11. Governing Law
DXGN Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with DXGN, are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of the publisher of DXGN identified in the DXGN Impressum, without regard to conflict of law rules and principles, and the competent courts of that jurisdiction have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.
12. General Provisions
If any provision of DXGN Terms and Conditions is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. A delay in enforcing any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision. DXGN Terms and Conditions, together with the DXGN Privacy Policy and the DXGN Cookies Policy, form the entire agreement regarding the use of DXGN.
