Winner Land Mansion is a sales center for a residential property in Tianjin, China. The interior serves as a sand table display area, a negotiation area and a lounge. A wave-shaped installation hangs above the sand table area and gives the space an artistic character. Natural light enters through large glass surfaces and links people, nature and the building. The tea tasting area combines books with a lattice wall. The bar lounge uses wood with light and shadow effects. The children's area uses bright colors.

A cloud installation adds artistic elements to the interior and refines the soft and dreamy style. Less Is More

Less Is More is a sales center located in the center of Wenling City. The interior covers 380 square meters and is arranged on two floors that remain independent yet support each other. Simplicity guides the design, and geometric art installations replace complex decorative elements. Wide blank surfaces let light define the space. The reception area is placed to one side, so visitors first see the large sand table. A minimalist marble counter and background wall, green plants and hanging art installations complete the interior.

Chengdu Yuelanting is a sales center located in the Qingbaijiang District of Chengdu, China. The interior covers 1000 square meters and occupies a building that had stood unfinished for ten years. Lines, surfaces and volumes are combined in a modern style, with mirrors and metal lines used as the main media. Axis symmetric reception desks and a dual channel entrance create a calm and formal sequence. Perforated aluminum plates give the second-story facade rich patterns and reduce the heavy feeling of the concrete structure. A children's activity area offers space for play and learning.

Chengdu Rongyu Chunxi Road is a sales center in the main commercial area of Chengdu. The interior covers 5015.48 square meters and serves a plan of two apartment buildings and residential buildings. Experiential service is the core theme, and each area is arranged as a scene that invites visitors to interact with a future lifestyle. The design combines traditional culture with modern fashion, using Art Nouveau motifs drawn from natural forms. Materials include white marble, carbon steel, brushed stainless steel, art glass and brushed dark brown metal.

Parallel Remolding is the interior design of a sales center in Jinan, China, covering 500 square meters. The layout is open and integrated, so the different zones are linked without interfering with each other. SCE Jinan Parkview Bay is a sales center located in Zhangqiu, Jinan, China. The district is known as the hometown of Li Qingzhao, a female poet of the Song Dynasty, and has a rich cultural history. The interior is elegant and restrained, arranged like the reading of a lyric poem. A misty landscape backdrop, a fresco with bird totems and red erythrina flowers on the desks add vigor to the static space. Metal lines give a neat and calm impression, while ink elements and soft curves add softness. Bronze with black, white and grey forms the main palette.

The design connects people with nature through a modern style shaped by geometric broken line elements. Degas Residence is a sales center interior located in Taizhou, Zhejiang Province, China. The space covers 800 square meters and uses large blocks of contrasting color. Separate areas are arranged as box-like volumes that connect through horizontal and vertical openings, so each area stays private yet remains linked to the others. Decoration is kept simple, from hard finishes to soft furnishings. Large stone wall panels are set with 2 mm natural stone joints. The ceiling lights take their form from the creel, a local basket, recalling the water town setting.

Wonderful Vision is a residential sales center located in a redevelopment zone in New Taipei City, Taiwan. The interior covers 700 square meters and uses bold colors to express a romantic character. A bamboo atrium meets visitors at the entrance, with the bar as a background and architectural building models placed alongside. Sunlight enters the atrium and softens the boundary between indoor and outdoor space. The VIP rooms are surrounded by water features, and the reflections fall on the glass walls. Decorative walls guide movement and conceal secondary entrances.
