Japanese Taste Retail Outlet

Japanese Taste

Japanese Taste is a retail outlet located in Kyoto Station in Japan. The store presents crafts, food, sake, cosmetics and daily goods made by artisans, farmers and producers from across Japan. The interior follows Japanese minimalism, using space, light, shadow and restraint instead of decorative motifs. A black toned exterior frames a warm interior of wood, stone and soft light. A large central table works as both display and stage, while vertical lattice elements add depth. The design turns a place of transit into a place of cultural encounter.

Vertical Harmony Residential

Vertical Harmony

Vertical Harmony is a residential interior design for a 324 square meter townhouse in Taiwan. The five story layout is arranged as a vertical hierarchy for a three generation family. The first two floors join indoor and outdoor areas through a dual media living room, an integrated kitchen and dining space, folding doors, sunken seating and a lounge bar. Private suites occupy the third and fourth floors, including an accessible senior suite beside the elevator. The top floor serves as a fitness and social area. Mirrors, earth toned materials and landscape stone guide movement.

Elysia Wellness Interior

Elysia

Elysia, located within Ciftci Towers in Istanbul, interprets the city's layered context through a calm and cohesive interior language. References to the Bosphorus are expressed through fluid spatial transitions, while wood surfaces, water elements, and controlled lighting define a continuous sequence across spa, pool, and fitness areas. Biophilic cues support sensory balance, while the layout enables a gradual detachment from surrounding urban intensity. Contemporary 90s Residential House

Contemporary 90s

This project involved the renovation of a 1990s residence, originally presenting an emblematic high quality architecture of Brazilian design from that decade. Given the significance of the architecture, the intervention was limited to the interiors, aiming to preserve the 1990s character while updating the spaces to contemporary standards. The approach considered the original design intent, enhancing functionality and comfort without altering its architectural essence.

Rubin and Chapelle Boutique Fashion Retail Interior

Rubin and Chapelle Boutique

Rubin and Chapelle Boutique is a fashion retail interior located in Newport Beach, California. The store covers 95 square meters and draws inspiration from an old fabric warehouse workshop in New York City. Dark textured materials are combined with partial-height walls of smoked glass and steel. The partitions stop below the ceiling, so the open ceiling and exposed ductwork remain visible and the compact space feels larger. Triangular and rectangular zones hold the fitting and evening wear areas. Deeper shelving divides the clothing into small groups to slow the shopping pace.

Frechal Terrace Residential Building Interiors

Frechal Terrace

This project focuses on the shared spaces of a residential building and how they can enrich everyday life for its residents. Instead of repeating similar rooms, the design introduces highly differentiated areas throughout the building, each with its own character and atmosphere. The intention was to create a spatial experience similar to walking through a small city, where moving between spaces becomes a journey of discovery. Another key goal was to include environments that would rarely exist inside a typical home, expanding the range of activities and experiences available to residents.

Layering Rhythm Tea Shop

Layering Rhythm

Layering Rhythm is a tea shop interior located in Zhengzhou, China. The design draws on the local Shang City ruins and their rammed earth walls. The facade is 31 meters long and recedes to emphasize horizontal depth. Inside, a continuous island of raw granite replaces separate seats and forms an open social space lit by artificial skylights. Light grey metal lacquer, frosted glass and textured stainless steel contrast with the heavy stone. Guests order by mobile phone and wait along the island, so the tea break becomes a shared cultural experience.

Urla Guest House

Urla

Urla Guest House is a spatial narrative where boundaries dissolve and fluid movement defines the architectural experience. Instead of solid walls, permeable layers allow light, air, and time to breathe through the structure. Spaces connect seamlessly, inviting exploration where each transition reveals new perspectives. As daylight dances across surfaces, the interior becomes a living sanctuary shaped by atmosphere, material, and poetic continuity.

SIA Jewelry Retail Shop

SIA Jewelry

Sia Jewelry's latest space evokes the inherent beauty of the Earth. The design blurs the distinction between crafted and natural elements, showcasing the brand's craftsmanship. The atmosphere is established through materials like travertine, rammed earth walls, and microcement flooring, resembling a vault preserving precious objects. The monolithic rock installation at the center acts as both a focal point and a display island. The ceiling's undulating forms and layered textures mimic natural stratification, creating a cave like atmosphere.
