Kanyon is an authentic coffee table series which combines functional simplicity and sculptural posture with natural materials and fine craftsmanship. Inspired by the topography of canyon structures, the design translates this inspiration to a minimal and unique design language. Customization is provided in veneers, colors, stones and dimensions. Kanyon offers a unique expression that blends with different interiors while making its statement as a functional and aesthetic centerpiece.
Wearing is a chair with changeable covers, designed to be dressed like a person. Three covers are offered. Colorful uses a soft upholstery method with layered fabric texture, fixed by buttons and zippers. Gentleman is made of leather with a hollow-out effect, fixed by concealed buckles and a zipper. Fluffy applies the texture and filling method of a down jacket, with smooth fabric and down cotton inside. Users can change the cover with the season or the mood, so one chair can take on different styles.
Butai is a shelf designed for homes with small floor plans and limited storage space. The width of Butai can be adjusted freely. Assembly needs no metal fittings, because five shelf boards and fourteen T-shaped steel parts are simply stacked. The T-shaped parts can be placed in any number, position and angle, so each owner can form a personal pattern. Magnets hold photos and posters on the steel surfaces, and the surface can also serve as a magazine rack. Butai is open on all sides and can act as a partition without making a small room feel cramped.
The table was designed to break the cold aspect of marble and bring an extra element, chosen by the user, who is invited to fill the gap with what is most important to him. It can be with books, flowers, with personal objects. With a contemporary and minimalist design but without leaving the emotion behind the designer always applies to her products. It shouldn't be forgotten that marble is a natural stone but is not always associated with nature and for this reason the designer used some flowers on it, enhancing this warm and natural look.
Mushroom is a shelf designed for the free display of everyday objects. Each mushroom form is hand-carved one by one from Okinawan camphorwood and embedded with a magnet. The mushrooms are attached to a thin steel plate that rises from the floor, so each form can be positioned freely. Large mushrooms hold various items, while small mushrooms hold postcards or memos. The base combines bent steel plates with plywood. The design was inspired by mushrooms growing on a wooden sign, and its appearance changes with each user.
CP 21 is a table designed for living and dining spaces. The top is made of marble and measures just 2 cm in thickness, with 45 degree bevels along the edges. Cuts in the corners reveal the steel structure below and hold the marble top in place. The double Y shaped steel structure is stable and is offered in brushed steel, black painted steel or brass. The top is available in Italian marble types such as Verde Alpi, Calacatta, Rosso Francia, Nero Marquinia and Arabescato Corchia. CP 21 is delivered in a flat cardboard pack with a wooden frame for easy transport.
Origami is a bookshelf designed for the storage of books of different sizes. The staggered inclined arrangement creates shelves with heights from 24 to 32 centimetres, so large albums can be placed beside smaller books in a neat order. The varying depths follow the sizes of the volumes. Special folds tie the parts together and give an origami-like appearance. The bookshelf is assembled from solid North American black walnut or hard maple with mortise and tenon joints and is finished with wax oil. A stainless steel base with anti-tipping connectors keeps the structure stable.
Hopper is a wooden chair designed for relaxed seating. The double curved frame with a customized profile supports comfort and gives the chair a dynamic form. Three corners of the profile are rounded where the body touches the chair, while one sharp edge remains to highlight the overall shape. The reclined angle turns into smooth armrests and backrests. Resting and support panels add lightness and structural stability. The parts were made with five axis CNC machining and then assembled by hand.
Haragana is a lounge chair made from bent steel tubes and cork disks. The chair is reduced to its essential structure, so no cushions or upholstery are used. The outline resembles an armchair, although armrests are absent. The low seating position of 28 centimetres invites people to lean back and observe their surroundings for a longer time. The open frame keeps the chair visually light and allows it to fit into interior spaces without claiming much attention. The simple cork disks contrast with the curved tubular structure. Each chair is bent, welded and sanded by hand.
The Free Spirit is a mobile home office unit designed for domestic interiors. The unit is equipped with wheels and a handle, so the desk can be moved from one room to another as home activities change. When the worktop is closed, tools and materials are hidden and the desk becomes a closed cabinet. Storage includes two lockable drawers, a drawer for A3 and A4 papers and a laptop, and space for folders. Power sockets and a USB charging station are built in. The compact body is made of veneer plywood and powder coated steel.
Sseuim is a chair designed for use in Korean saunas and spas. The name Sseuim means to use freely in Korean. The form supports lying, sitting, leaning and resting postures, so each user can select a position according to purpose and comfort. The shape refers to Korean mountain ranges and stones, and it offers a private area within the open space of a Korean sauna. Sseuim is made of wood with traditional Korean woodworking methods, and the parts are cut by machine and then joined. The chair measures 2300 by 850 by 650 millimeters.
Meta Cell is a pool table designed to suit many different interiors. The form is inspired by imagined alien creatures that change shape to remain unseen, and the soft silhouettes help the table fit into varied environments. The futuristic legs support both the appearance and the function of the pool table. Meta Cell is made of fiber-reinforced plastic for higher stability, and the top surface has a glazed finish that is easy to clean. The design invites users to observe and think about the surrounding world.
