Amblem Furnishing

Amblem Home Furnishing is an exhibition and office interior created inside a former factory building in Hangzhou. The original hall is 60 meters long and 24 meters wide. Office rooms that need daylight are placed along the outer walls. The open center is used as a flexible public area and is lit by an elliptical skylight. The layout combines lines taken from constructivist painting with elements of traditional Chinese gardens. Interwoven stairs and hollow openings form an inner garden with changing views along two verandas.

Light

Light is an exhibition hall interior design with an area of 380 square meters. The space structure is formed by geometric blocks that are collaged and carved. Linear light guides divide the interior, and suspended acrylic panels form the partitions. The lighting provides the required illumination and also guides visitors through light and shadow set within structural slots. Materials are reduced so that attention remains on the overall image. The intent is a pure retail display space in grey tones, where light and shadow replace strong colors and added decoration.

Virg Casa Headquarters

Virg Casa Headquarters is a corporate headquarters and exhibition space in Foshan, China. The four-storey building is a renovation of an older structure and covers 4,000 square metres. The first and second floors display imported products and own-label products. The third and fourth floors serve as working and reception areas. The open plan arranges functional areas along axes to extend the line of sight. Modern materials are used, including stainless steel, acrylic glass, artistic cement paint, cement brick and ceramic plate.

Fengqi Chang’an Aesthetics Museum

Fengqi Chang'an Aesthetics Museum is an exhibition building in Chang'an, China. The design is inspired by nature, traditional Chinese gardens and landscape paintings. Functional volumes of different sizes are combined with courtyards and verandas to form a continuous and flexible garden space. Each courtyard serves a purpose, such as display, communication, meditation or activities, and crisscrossed corridors link them. Glass surfaces, wide door leaves and large overhanging eaves create an orderly frame. The building covers 6,400 square meters on a 16,000 square meter site.

Haimen Agricultural is an exhibition hall for seeds and farming culture in Nantong, China. The form is taken from the traditional barn, with a square outer volume and a round central silo. The outer skin is made of ultra high performance concrete, which forms a visual contrast with the glass curtain wall. A rotating open stair links four floors around a central atrium, and a folded roof plate brings daylight to the top floor. The building covers 4000 square meters and offers a place for display and exchange.

Bocarni

Bocarni is an exhibition hall of 500 square meters located in Shenzhen, China, completed in June 2021. The design replaces the traditional sales center model. The focus is moved from single products to a lifestyle formed by products, so the visit becomes an immersive experience. Light and shadow guide the placement of objects and the overall arrangement. Views of sparse tree branches, fresh moss, lotus and tea leaves express a calm oriental character. Cabinets and furniture are set aside to host social activities such as drinking at the bar, resting by the stove and reading.

Suzhou Drainage Museum is a science museum about sewage treatment, designed with a submarine theme. The interior combines the forms of modern treatment equipment with cockpits, portholes and pipes. Clear circulation routes guide visitors through the stages of water purification, which include precipitation, filtration, adsorption, deep treatment and disinfection. Multimedia devices and hands-on activity areas replace passive presentation. Environmentally friendly materials create a simple and modern visual effect. The museum aims to raise ecological awareness through immersive learning.

Ligne Roset

Ligne Roset is a furniture showroom interior located in a shopping mall in Chongqing, China. The layout places the customer route at the centre of the design. Products are arranged in groups that simulate complete rooms, so visitors can picture the furniture in their own homes. A guided path leads from the entrance to every corner of the store, making all products visible. A second gate entrance faces busy neighbouring shops to draw more visitors. Wabi-sabi, modern, light luxury and French tones are combined, unified by a shared colour range and curved forms.

Admonter Floor

Admonter Floor is an exhibition hall for wood flooring, located on the third floor of a building materials mall in Shantou. The space covers 120 square meters. Oblique angles drawn between the walls conceal the original columns and divide the large hall into smaller areas. The reception area combines original wood boards in various hues with modern cement walls, so warm wood contrasts with cold cement. A natural light film over the light sources restores the original color of the floors. Sample lamps on the display wall guide visitors along the route.

Wild Rhythm

Wild Rhythm is an exhibition hall in Chongqing, China. The interior covers 240 square meters and can also serve as a gallery, a bar or a living space. Cement, steel and paint are the main materials, and simple traditional methods are used throughout. A second floor was added where the ceiling height allows, and a spiral stair was built around an existing structural column. A storage room was placed above the bar to increase the usable area. The design returns the space to basic building elements and reduces unnecessary decoration and waste.
